Basic Information
· Please inform players and families that there is no food or drink in the gym. Food can
be consumed in the common space outside the main gym. ONLY WATER in the gym
areas.
· There is no warming up with balls in the hallways. Balls can only be used in the gym spaces.
· Goal is to keep the matches moving. If teams finish early, the next set of teams are
more than welcomed to start early if both agree.
Warm-Up
· Each school will get the following warm up (listed below) only for their first match of the
evening. After that the goal is to keep the matches moving on time on each court.
· If teams feel like they have too long of a break we can do a 1-2 minute shared
warm-up (Coaches can work this out).
· 5 minutes shared & 2 minutes each of hitting / serving
